SPW: A philanthropic 2009

Over the course of the year Steeltown Pro Wrestling has teamed up with several community groups to raise funds for their causes. SPW is proud of its efforts and the support of our fans to make these initiatives a rousing success. Among some of the highlights are:

$500 for the Notre-Dame Game and Fish (January)
$350 for the Northwood Norsemen Hockey Club (January)
$100 for the College Regional Notre Dame 2009 Grad Committee (January)
$300 for Shoal Lake Leisure Services (October)
$665 for the Children’s Wish Foundation (July to November)
$400 for the Selkirk Hamper Drive and Selkirk Parade of Lights (November)
Donated merchandise and event tickets to the Kerry Brown Tribute Show valued at $900 (November)
Donated 250 tickets to the Selkirk Christmas Hamper Drive valued at $3000 (December)
Collected non-perishable food for the Selkirk Food Bank throughout 2009
