SPW wrestlers successful on Alberta show
Four SPW wrestlers made their debut for Real Canadian Wrestling in Gibbons, Alberta on Saturday January 30th, 2010. This show featured many of the best wrestlers in Alberta including Camikazee, Heavy Metal, Eclipse, Big Jess, William Saint, Strife, T-Bone and many more.
SPW Heavyweight Champion Marius successfully defended the title against Heavy Metal. This was the first time the SPW Heavyweight Title was defended in Alberta.
Ike Idol & the Brothers in Blood defeated Jack Pride, Dylon Stone & Jay Lanza in 6-man tag team match.
Matt Fairlane defeated Big Jess by DQ in the CEW Inter-Cities title match after interference by Matt Richards. Because of the DQ he was unable to win the title but there is talk of a re-match in the near future.
With a strong showing RCW officials are hoping to add SPW wrestlers to future shows. You may even see RCW wrestlers appear on SPW events again in the near future.
