the hot seat w/ ron mclean

Ron McLean recently caught up with a group of wrestlers that reside in the Pembina Valley.  Among those interviewed were SPW referee Dan Moore, SPW agent Jethro Hawg, current SPW Heavyweight Champion Marius, SPW correspondent John Henry and the wild and crazy Sydney Manson!

McLean asked each man a simple question: to give their thoughts on SPW promoting shows in the Pembina Valley and the upcoming show in Morden, MB.  Here is what they had to say:

Jethro Hawg:
I live and breathe the country air and their no better place than the Pembina Valley.  This is where I live and work and I’m excited to see SPW running more and more shows here.  I’m really excited about the return to Morden; it’s such a beautiful town.

Dan Moore:
Oh yeah, I’m really geared up about this second show in Morden.  I hooked up with SPW when they debuted in Altona last November and I’ve been on board ever since.  The first Morden show was great and this one with be even better!  I’m loving all the shows out here: Altona, Notre-Dame, Morden, Somerset…I can’t wait until we confirm more.

John Henry:
When we moved an SPW office to Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes it was our intention to expand in this area, shortly after we brought Jehtro Hawg on board and then Dan Moore.  Things are going well and we hope to build on what we’ve accomplished so far.

Marius:
I’ve been quite successful in this area.  In fact the only blemish is Somerset, MB when I lost the SPW title because of that old man Ernie Rheault.  I’m taking on Chi Chi Cruz next Friday in Morden and you can bet retribution is at hand.

Sydney Manson:
Well, this is my chance to cease the day.  I’ve got a day pass to do the show and I’m going to show Morden and Winkler why my father chose me to carry on his legacy.  On Friday May 14 Morden is about to get a little crazy!

Steeltown Pro Wrestling returns to Morden, MB on Friday May 14 at the Morden Community Centre.  Tickets will be $12 at the door and the doors open at 6:30 PM.  Expect the final matches to be announced early next week!
