Final words of the year by marius

On October 10th, 2009 I fulfilled my destiny when I became the SPW Heavyweight Champion.  I talked about it for months, I foreshadowed the moment that was to come, and I guaranteed that the day was near when I would become THE champion.  In front of his hometown, I hit the Peyote Piledriver and defeated Matt Fairlane in “classic” fashion.

I turned away all challengers: Jay Lanza, Gibby Guerrero, AJ Sanchez, Mentallo, Andrew Hawk, Zack Mercury, Shadow Xtreme, Paul Brewski, Heavy Metal, Bobby Sharp, La Sombra, Chi Chi Cruz and even Matt Fairlane himself.  They all experienced the bitter taste of defeat.  On more than thirty occasions I have successfully defended the SPW Heavyweight Title spanning from Alberta all the way to Ontario.

As 2010 comes to a close I remain the king of the mountain, I remain chosen and destined for greatness, I remain the SPW Heavyweight Champion.  We begin a New Year on January 1st and just as we began 2010, we begin 2011.

The memory of Matt Fairlane being the SPW Heavyweight Champion is a distant one, at best.  Replaced by my epic reign of trans-Canadian title defenses, an endless rotation of challengers, and well fought battles against former World Champions.  I called him a loser and proved it to be true when he fell in defeat, the fans can no longer turn a blind eye to my success and your failure.

Some maintain that my reign has been protected through nefarious means, weapons, outside interference, mind games, bought referees and a will to bend or break the rules at all costs.  In life we call this survival.  In nature there are no arbitrary laws of survival, it’s kill or be killed.

Wherever I may roam I shall do so as Marius, the SPW Heavyweight Champion.
